We’re Rivet 😎 a platform that helps musicians, creators, and artists identify, retain, and nurture their most engaged fans. We help people analyze and optimize fan engagement and empower them with new avenues for monetizing their audiences directly.
So far, our platform has welcomed 1300 talented creators and we’re on the cusp of announcing exciting new partnerships. Recently venture-backed, we’re now seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our rocket ship and help take Rivet to the next level.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating software that empowers creators and musicians, and will be driven to help us achieve our goals. Are you ready to rock and roll?
We’re an ambitious and driven team and we’re searching for more like-minded individuals to join us. Operating like a world championship team, we’re dedicated to progressing with persistence, limitless vision, and confidence in ourselves and our platform. We value those who embrace uncertainty and take initiative and we’re committed to our team’s ongoing learning and growth.
Above all, we believe that everyone brings their own creativity, unique experiences, and ideas to our team, and we’re excited to harvest that magic to create an incredible experience for users.
As a founding engineer, you will be critical to Rivet and our creator community. You’ll be instrumental in guiding Rivet’s transition out of beta and executing on our massive vision to unlock fan retention and monetization.
You’ll use your broad experiences to iterate on our web platform technologies while maintaining an intuitive, visually compelling, and mobile-friendly experience for Rivet creators. This will involve working closely with our product and design teams to drive the implementation of new features and scaling our systems, security, and design to handle an ever-increasing load and fast-growing ecosystem of users.
We’re in the pre-seed phase, so you’ll be in the trenches and coding most of the time early on, and as the team grows, you’ll guide junior engineers, help to unblock them, and foster clarity and alignment on technical vision and direction.
